App Store Purchases

All purchases of tile sets, scoring cards, and MahjPop Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests for these purchases are handled directly by the respective store, according to their policies.

• Apple App Store: Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play Store: Request refunds through the Google Play Help Center.

Subscriptions

• MahjPop Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your app store account settings.
• Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
